Try Your Hand at Mosaics:

Course Description

Explore the art of mosaics in this engaging 3-hour beginner workshop. Using ceramic, stone, glass, and found objects, students will design a 3” x 3” mosaic with a variety of materials provided. You’re also welcome to bring personal items like trinkets or jewelry to incorporate into your piece. Through demonstrations and one-on-one instruction, you’ll learn the mortar method—no messy grout required! This workshop offers a fun, supportive environment to spark your creativity and is perfect for anyone curious about trying mosaics. All materials and tools, including a substrate base, are included. Each student is welcome to bring one or two memento objects or relics, if they wish to use them in their mosaic.
