Course Description

Create beautiful, one-of-a-kind place setting cards for your Thanksgiving table! In this hands-on workshop, participants will make personalized plaster place setting cards and decorate them with festive pumpkin and leaf designs, colorful ribbons, and other embellishments. The plaster will be poured into molds and allowed to set before the clay is carefully removed. While the plaster is setting, participants will create pumpkin and leaf cutouts and explore different ways to embellish their place setting cards. The finished cards will have a smooth, flat surface so guests can write names or messages directly on them, making each one a unique and personal addition to the Thanksgiving table. A fun and creative holiday workshop for making something special to use at your Thanksgiving celebration or to give as a handmade gift. No previous experience is necessary and all materials are included.
