Course Description
Explore the art of needle felting as you transform loose wool fibers into charming, three-dimensional cow sculptures. Using a simple barbed needle and soft wool, you will gradually build form, shape, and character—learning how to “carve” with fiber to create expressive farm animals full of personality. This workshop introduces the fundamentals of needle felting, including basic shaping techniques, building volume, attaching features, and refining surface detail. Step by step, you will develop your own small cow sculpture while learning how to control density, proportion, and texture. No prior experience is necessary. All materials are provided, and participants will leave with a finished soft sculpture cow and the skills to continue exploring needle felting at home.
