Course Description
Take your ceramic forms to the next level in this focused skill-building workshop. Designed for students with experience on the wheel. This is a hands-on workshop that explores the essential techniques for creating functional and well-balanced lids for pottery. Participants will learn how to design lids that fit properly while enhancing the overall form. Through instructor demonstrations and guided practice, students will gain a deeper understanding of proportion, and craftsmanship. Time will be provided for experimentation and individual feedback. Clay pieces take four weeks to be fired and the school will notify you when the pieces are ready to be picked up. Please wear clothes that can get muddy. All materials are provided.
