Course Description
Explore journaling as a creative practice that blends writing, drawing, and collage to capture thoughts, memories, and inspiration. This workshop encourages you to move beyond traditional writing and use your journal as a space for experimentation—combining words, images, and materials to express ideas in personal and visual ways. Participants will be introduced to simple prompts and techniques for developing pages that integrate sketching, mark-making, collage, and reflective writing. Emphasis will be placed on process over perfection, allowing intuition and curiosity to guide each entry. No prior experience is necessary. All materials are provided, and participants will leave with a series of completed journal pages along with approaches they can continue to use in their own creative practice.
