Course Description

Discover the natural beauty of creating botanical impressions on paper using dried flowers materials. In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore how the direct transfer of materials can create delicate, one-of-a-kind designs that capture the subtle shapes, textures, and colors found in nature. You will learn basic techniques for arranging materials, preparing paper surfaces, and creating layered compositions. Experiment with different combinations of flowers, leaves, shapes, and textures to create unique designs with an organic, artistic quality. Participants will create a collection of handmade bookmarks and greeting cards, each featuring its own distinctive composition. Because every arrangement and impression is different, no two pieces will be exactly alike. No prior experience is necessary. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a beautiful collection of handmade pieces inspired by the quiet beauty of the natural world.
