(literally painted with my thumbs and fingers and palette knife). My condition causes spasms and nerve pain in my hands and migrates over my entire body, and so I revert to my fingers and sometimes feet. Lay on the floor. Just to let the energy out and onto the surface of whatever it finds to express itself.
