Zen Garden Meditation and Writing Sessions with Stephen Leslie and Cynthia Eyster

Each session will begin with a brief meditation followed by a writing exercise. On May 19th the writing format is open. Please bring writing material. Each session will be outdoors. In case of rain, the sessions will be under the tent.

Cynthia Eyster is a longtime meditator and a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. She is a licensed clinical social worker who writes poetry and leads meditation and writing workshops.

Stephen W. Leslie is a longtime meditator. He has two Masters degrees, one from Loyola College and one from Johns Hopkins University. He is a published poet and is a former mental health counselor. He recently retired as a hospice chaplain. He has been teaching meditation for over forty years.
