Explore Mindfulness through Curiosity, Creativity, Calmness & Connection with Raditia Lasry

Mindfulness is not just an item on our to-do list. It's a way of living and seeing the world around us, and especially within us. Join us for this four-part series, where we dive into four aspects that can easily be applied to our daily lives and begin the journey of mindfulness together. The museum and garden play a significant role in where we take our inspiration for internal exploration through meditation, journaling, and creation throughout the four weeks.

Week 1: We are beginning our journey of curiosity about what is present without judgment. We are exploring our environments and how they are reflected within us. We will take inventory of our thoughts and emotions.

Week 2: When we become more aware of our surroundings, creativity is the next step. We will actively create something without aiming for perfection, pure exploration, using various simple art supplies.

Week 3: Once curiosity and creativity are established. It is time to bring calmness to our senses. This session will help us understand how simply we can integrate calmness into our busy days without feeling overwhelmed.

Week 4: At our last gathering, we will build a connection between curiosity - creativity - calmness, and how to move through our days with more ease, even in challenging times.
