Submission Fees for Accepted Artwork

Artist Agreement

Artist Members have free unlimited submissions. By submitting works to the Hammond Museum and Japanese Stroll Garden virtual exhibition, artists agree to allow the accepted artworks to be used for publicity and archival purposes. All artworks will remain online for one year, therefore videos housed on an artist's personal platform must remain accessible for a full year. Artists will retain the copyright of their work published on the museum website.

Artists also agree to contribute $5 per each accepted artwork payable by the 25th of the month prior to the virtual exhibition. Without this fee, works will not be included. Please choose how many pieces were accepted from the dropdown menu on the Pay Now button.
