Sound Bath in the Garden with Nadya Mainskaya

We invite you to dedicate some time to yourself and let the stresses of everyday life melt away with the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Achieve deep relaxation during the sound bath as your physical and energetic bodies attune to the high vibrational frequency. You will be guided to bring your awareness to the present moment with a short mindfulness meditation and then the instruments will be played. Feel the sound wash over you as stagnant energy gets released, let go of worries, and enjoy the experience.

Bring your own yoga mat, water, and anything else to make you feel comfortable (pillow/blanket). The meditation will be held indoors.
