About the Event
During the first half of the program, we will use the art on exhibit in the Hammond Museum and find out how they make us feel. In the group and individually, we will explore what we enjoy about the art, what is more challenging, and how it might connect to our everyday lives.
In the second half, we will integrate the Museum and the Japanese Stroll Garden with walking and sitting meditation and dive deeper into how we express our emotions. This workshop is meant to support us in connecting to our emotions daily with the use of art and our senses to enhance a whole body and life experience.
