About the Event
Celebrate the season with a special Autumn Tea Ceremony in the Hammond Museum’s Ryu Sui Ken Tea Room, overlooking the beauty of the Japanese Stroll Garden. The ceremonies will be led by Omotesenke Tea Professor Yasuko Hara and the tea friends of Shoin-Kai Tea Group, who welcome each guest with the authentic spirit of Japanese hospitality. Guests will enjoy a serving of traditional matcha tea accompanied by wagashi (seasonal sweets).
Each session is limited to 12 participants to ensure an intimate and memorable experience.
Session A: 12-1pm (12 guests)
Session B: 2-3pm (12 guests)
