Sinrong specializes in Chinese calligraphy and watercolor painting. She received both her BA and MA degrees in Fine Arts from the Chinese Culture University in Taipei, Taiwan. With over twenty years of teaching experience, Sinrong has shared her passion for art with students of all ages, teaching at various institutions in Westchester as well as conducting workshops at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Sinrong aims to inspire creativity, connect people with traditional art forms, and encourage a deeper appreciation for the beauty of Asian brush art and watercolor painting.
The second session will introduce techniques for painting birds, capturing their delicate forms and lively spirit. This workshop invites you to experience the harmony between calligraphy and painting, blending tradition with creativity in a hands-on, inspiring environment!
