About the Event
An invitation to learn and experience the joy and healing qualities in art making. This introduction to art therapy starts with a brief history, then experiential hands-on art making as a means for self understanding and ways to continue to practice and experiment on your own. Also discussed will be the newer inclusion of psychological and spiritual thoughts.
We’ll use watercolor on paper for experiments in self expression incorporating mindfulness with art making.
For adults, limited to 8 participants. All are welcome, no previous experience with art therapy necessary.
