About the Event
Each year, a select few are given the honor of receiving advanced training in the ancient Rigpa tradition, and Ed Cleveland is one of them.
Rigpa Sound Meditation is deeply rooted in the Tibetan or Himalayan healing tradition, which dates back over ten thousand years.
Cleveland brings three decades of personal education and experience as a celebrated Reiki master, advanced Gong Practitioner, Neuroacoustic Sound Practitioner, Holographic Sound Teacher, and Medicinal Aromatherapist and utilizes gongs, gemstone singing bowls, and other sacred instruments from the ancient world of sound healing.
The adult session offers a special 30 minute lecture on the impact of sound on the human body and psyche, followed by an hour long sound meditation and healing session.
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing so that you can lie down and allow the sound bath to provide the fullest potential to your mind and body.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE TWO SESSIONS. The first session is 45 minutes for children and their caregivers, followed by the adult portion, which includes an introductory lecture in the beginning. We appreciate your understanding in advance that children will not be admitted to the adult program.
