About the Event
Frank Kara is a ceramic artist known for his minimalist forms and mastery of woodfiring and Raku firings and the creator of the ceremonial bell at the entrance to the Hammond's Japanese Stroll Garden. These hand-thrown and hand-built teapots reflect his signature approach: elemental, intentional, and quietly powerful. Each piece is unique with attention to detail and lasting beauty over time. A one-of-a-kind piece from a maker whose work invites reflection and ritual. Come see this installation of highlights from his current 100+1 Teapots project in a very special setting.....the Hammond's Japanese Stroll Garden.
