Introduction to Drawing Materials

Course Description

Want to learn about different drawing materials but are not sure where to start? This workshop will serve as a showcase for a variety of drawing tools and techniques. Over the course of the day we will look at a collection of different materials, how they can be used on their own, and how they can be combined with other media. We will explore using charcoal, ink, color pencils, and watercolor. This will be a fun, low pressure environment where creative freedom will be emphasized. All materials will be provided.
