About the Event
Ed Cleveland’s Rigpa Sound Meditation is deeply rooted in the Tibetan or Himalayan healing tradition, which dates back over ten thousand years. A celebrated reiki master of twenty years, Cleveland utilizes gongs, gemstone singing bowls, and other sacred instruments from the ancient world of sound healing.
Join us for a special 45 minute children's sound meditation and healing session from the dynamic and effervescent Master Cleveland.
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing so that you can lie down and allow the sound bath to provide the fullest potential to your mind and body.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE TWO SESSIONS. One for adults, followed by one for children and their caregivers. We appreciate your understanding in advance that children will not be admitted to the adult program.
