Culture Day* 12 PM - Mr. Chiang will do a Chinese brushpainting demonstration. 3 PM - Concert of music for the ancient zither (Qin) and harp (Konghou).
Pieces will include not only some of the world's oldest music,
but also newly composed work for these ancient instruments. The
performers will be Stephen Dydo (Qin) and Tomoko Sugawara (Konghou). |
